We had reports from clients overnight of emails being delayed. We checked into it and saw intermittent delays of a few minutes, up to an hour (in one case) on a small number of emails. We’ve been keeping an eye on it, tweaked a setting and the delays have been resolved.

Spamhaus RBL Block – RESOLVED
We are currently working on an issue affecting a few of our customers sending mostly to outlook.com addresses, who are receiving bounces due to a spamhaus block. UPDATE: The spamhaus block is no longer affecting users and we’re continuing to monitor the situation.
Registrations (except .ca) on pause – RESOLVED
Currently new domain registrations are on pause due to increased latency and error rates in one of our upstream vendor’s API. It is being investigated and we’ll update this post when new information is available. UPDATE at 17:12 EST: Registrations are working again.
DDoS affecting our Control Panel – RESOLVED
Our control panel (cp.easydns.com) is currently under a DDoS attack. We are aware and are working on resolving the issue.
[RESOLVED] URL Forwarding and Control Panel Degradation
We are currently investigating an outage in web forwarding – both secure and non-secure forwarders on easyDNS. There is some spillover affect to the control panel due to degradation in connection throughput. All other services are unaffected. The team is working on restoring URL forwarding ASAP.
