This evening, 10 March, at around 9PM Eastern (2AM UTC), easyDNS will be doing a quick maintenance upgrade.
You can expect intermittent inaccessibility to our online customer portal, webmail, some mail delivery, and monitoring services.
DNS resolution will not be affected.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
Update March 11, 2021
6:46am
There is something up with outbound mail for some people (including me) but not everybody. Somewhat confusing – some devices can send email (like my phone) while others on the same network receive connection timed out errors.
We’re very sorry this situation was allowed to continue overnight and we are on it now. – markjr
Update 7:06am
Appears resolved now. Once again, we’re sorry for this.
There is something up with outbound for some people (including me). Around midnight I was still getting the timed out issue, then when I switched my connection from home, it went straight through. But it still hangs for my usual connection – working on this, apologies.

Shouldn’t be long. I forgot to put it in AxisOfEasy yesterday.
Still down after midnight. It’s 00:32 EST and I can’t send email.
