UPDATE 6:50PM ET: RESOLVED Affected mailmaps are now back to normal. The issue was a high volume mail loop between two customer accounts overloaded some lookups to the database. It took awhile to calm down once we broke the loop.
Some affected email would have been deferred remotely, look for those to start coming in over the next few hours.
We are having intermittent issues with easyMail mailmaps where some users are seeing “User not found” on delivery attempts to the mailmaps.
Regular easyMail boxes are unaffected.
Regular mail forwarding (on domains that are just using mail forwarding) are unaffected.
It only affects some delivery attempts to mailmaps that are enabled on easyMail accounts.
Ops are aware and are on the case.
