We had reports from clients overnight of emails being delayed. We checked into it and saw intermittent delays of a few minutes, up to an hour (in one case) on a small number of emails. We’ve been keeping an eye on it, tweaked a setting and the delays have been resolved.

Clients are reporting delays (from only minutes, up to a few hours) in emails destined for Microsoft managed outlook.com addresses. We are currently working on an issue affecting a few of our customers sending mostly to outlook.com addresses, who are receiving bounces due to a spamhaus block. UPDATE: The spamhaus block is no longer affecting users and we’re continuing to monitor the situation.
