On 04 March 2020, between the hours of 10am-7pm [3pm – 12am UTC], all backups we have for hosted websites [easyWEB + easyPress] will not be accessible in order to facilitate an upgrade. We apologise for any inconvenience. Update – this is now completed and backups are now accessible.
We were getting reports that there was a certificate error for clients connecting to mailout.easydns.com – appears to be only with iPhone users. easyDNS has now updated our certificate to be only a 1 year term and all testing now shows that this problem is solved. We apologise for any inconvenience.
