Between 5:22pm EDT and 6:56pm EDT this evening, “mailout.easydns.com” was returning errors for users who were trying to relay email through it. This was traced back to a routing issue by our sysAdmins, and was resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Today we experienced an issue where email destined for easyMail mailmaps (not easyMail accounts directly) were delayed. For clarification, mailmaps are also known as aliases, where you can have “email@example.com” forward to “firstname.lastname@example.org”.
