We are currently experiencing a connectivity issue at one of our co-location facilities that is affecting access to our web interface and easyMail. Our sysAdmins are presently looking into the issue, and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
[Update – 2014-05-29 @ 1:39pm EST] Our sysAdmins traced the issue, and restored the affected services. We will be taking steps to add extra redundancy to ensure that this will not happen again. Thank you for your patience, and we apologise for the inconvenience.
