We have managed to reduce the load on our easyMail servers to a more manageable level and email service is returning to normal, though we are continuing to monitor the situation. We apologise for the trouble and are looking at adjustments we can make to the easyMail system to prevent a recurrence of this kind of issue.
We are currently experiencing an issue with load on our easyMail servers, this is causing a problem with sending and accessing email through our systems. Although some clients inboxes may look empty until we resolve this no email is being lost, it’s similar to a DDoS situation where there is simply to much load on the servers involved for it to answer queries. Our own staff email is affected by this as well, and we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
