We are currently experiencing an outage at one of our data centres that is affecting a number of our non-core services. Outbound mail service is impacted, as well as our support ticketing system, our public resolvers and a few other periphery services. DNS is not impacted by this event, nor is url or mail forwarding, or our easyMAIL service.
Our operations team is investigating the issue and will have things cleared up as soon as possible. Further status updates will be made available through this blog as they become available.
UPDATE 8:24 PM EST: All service has now been restored. Our operations team is continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue, but as of now everything is verified online and operational.Please don’t hesitate to contact our support department if you continue to experience issues.
