A great service but disappointed that the technician hanged up the call immediately after resolving my issue before I had the chance to give feedback on the resolved issue.

This came up in our all hands meeting yesterday, apparently it was a case of the call dropping at that moment, fortunately it didn’t occur earlier in the conversation but we’re monitoring call drops with our VOIP system.
