We are currently experiencing intermittent slowness with easyMAIL via webmail. Our team is looking into this and expects to have it resolved shortly.
RFO is latency introduced during a database upgrade. No email or data is impacted – just access to the back end.
All other IMAP clients are unaffected – this is just the webmail front end.
