As you may know (unless you don’t because you have no internet), the Canadian provider Rogers is experiencing a nationwide network outage affecting internet, mobile payments, phone service, etc.
Core services here at easyDNS are unaffected.
We have some reports that customers attempting to pay for services are unable to do so (seems confined to TD bank).
People with 2-factor authentication enabled to their mobile phones using the Rogers network are unable to receive their auth tokens. Contact support (via some non-Rogers means) if you need to have 2FA on your account turned off for now.
