Since the critical system vulnerability with log4j was disclosed in December our developers and systems administrators have gone over our complete infrastructure searching for software that may make use of log4j inadvertently.
We found our cPanel servers had log4j as an option. It was disabled immediately.
None of the code we use for serving or managing DNS has or had anything enabled to use log4j capabilities so we (as well as you, our client) have been unaffected by this critical vulnerability.
At this time, there is no action required from you. If this changes, we will notify the affected customers immediately.
