[Update – 2014-03-13 @ 3:15pm EST] Our sysAdmins are still working on resolving the intermittent packet loss that is resulting in sporadic connectivity issues. This is affecting some of our users, while other users report no issues. We apologise for the inconvenience as we continue to tackle this problem, and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

I imagine this must be quite a problem to go on this long, but those of us waiting for our emails would really appreciate a more substantive status update…
This needs to be fixed immediately, three days is completely unacceptable for a paid service to be down.
A more complete explanation of the problem and a realistic fix date would greatly assuage your customer base. This is going to be a disaster for your business.
It is now the 17th and I am still experiencing email “connectivity” problems. i.e. emails a just bouncing!
