This has been going on for three days now!!!!
Doug Clark says
Can we get an update on the status of this issue? It is critical to my business that this service be reliable. I’m concerned with how long this is taking to resolve.
Thanks,
Doug
Richard Goldman says
This is very distressing, and unacceptable. I will be going elsewhere.

Guys, an update on when this might be fixed would be really useful?
Or, an indication of what times of day it might work better than others?
Anything that might help us plan round this problem?
John Painter says
I imagine this must be quite a problem to go on this long, but those of us waiting for our emails would really appreciate a more substantive status update…
Ryan MacLennan says
This needs to be fixed immediately, three days is completely unacceptable for a paid service to be down.
Lisa says
A more complete explanation of the problem and a realistic fix date would greatly assuage your customer base. This is going to be a disaster for your business.
