We recently experienced a delay in the relay of email with our easySMTP service that has been attributed to a configuration bottleneck. This has since been resolved, and all email has been dequeued. During this issue, email was not lost, only delayed in it’s relay to it’s destination. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Verizon appears to be blocking some forwarded mail for clients who are using the new interface.
