On Wednesday May 1st between 9pm and 10pm [2am – 3am UTC], we will be making a minor configuration change to our easyMAIL servers. We do not anticipate any problems but if any connectivity issues do occur, they can likely be resolved by closing and restarting your e-mail client.

On Wednesday April 17th between 9pm and 10pm ET [2am – 3am UTC], we will be making a configuration change to our easyMAIL servers relating to the sending of auto-replies and redirects through filters. Regular mail forwarding and other mail services are unaffected by these changes.

On Monday March 11th between 9pm and 10pm ET [2am – 3am UTC], we will be making a configuration change to our easyMAIL MX servers. This should not be noticed by users, and any delay of email delivery should be minimal if at all.
Webmail slowness – Resolved
We are currently experiencing slowness with our webmail at https://messages.easymail.ca/ – this occurs when users are logging in and navigating around to manage their e-mails. Our technicians are investigating and we’ll provide an update when we have more information. We apologise for any inconvenience.
