On Wednesday, September 28th at 9PM EST (1AM UTC – 29 September), we will be switching our inbound email infrastructure for easymail over to newly rebuilt servers. We are not anticipating any trouble in this process, though some clients may need to restart their email clients to re-set their connections to our IMAP servers. All the easyMAIL settings remain the same.

For the last 3 hours I am getting an error every time I try to connect to the easymail servers. The messages are
“Server Error: AUTHENTICATE PLAIN: Account is temporarily unavailable.”
and
“Connection to IMAP server failed.
Server Error: AUTHENTICATE PLAIN: Account is temporarily unavailable.”
