Today (16 June) between 6:00-7:00PM ET [10:00-11:00PM UTC] we will be performing an emergency maintenance on our servers.
This will affect access to our public website, our customer control panel, webmail portal and some services like dynamic DNS.
All our nameservers + DNS functionality will continue to operate without interruption.
E-mail delivery will be affected for both inbound + outbound on a short temporary basis. E-mails won’t be lost but deferred until the window is over.
We sincerely apologise for the short notice and any inconvenience.
UPDATE (@7pm ET): All systems that were apart of this maintenance window are up and running.

Thank you for letting us know about this. I was setting up a new Outlook account and thought the password problem was on my end. Years ago this “constantly asking for password’ used to be an indication of an Outlook Profile corruption problem.
Things seem to have sorted themselves out now.
Thanks.

The fix is NOT done. I still cannot receive or send email. I tried calling your phone number but found out the hard way that my PDT hours don’t match with your support hours. So, I have yet ANOTHER day of no email.

This appears to have fixed the frequent imap authentication issues I’ve been seeing the past couple days and haven’t noticed any delivery issues either way
