We have been experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with easyMAIL. This is ongoing and we are working on a solution. Affected accounts may see errors entering password data on the Outlook mail client along with other mail programmes and Webmail users may see server connection errors.
We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
UPDATE (@12pm ET 16 June): The problem has been isolated and a new update will be posted by 4:00pm ET.
UPDATE (@2pm ET 16 June): We will be performing an emergency maintenance window at 6PM ET TODAY that we expect will resolve this. This maintenance window will temporarily affect the delivery of inbound + outbound mail. E-mail will not be lost, but deferred until after the window is finished.
UPDATE (@7pm ET): All systems that were apart of this maintenance window are up and running. Early testing seems to indicate that this had a positive effect on easyMAIL. We will continue to closely monitor the situation.

A more detailed explanation would be nice. Since last night I have not been able to log in at all via Outlook 2016 (which I have to use for my work) and only sometimes via EasyMail. For me, this started last Wednesday, so I am now on my seventh day of no email most of the time. Please give us a better update than just saying you are working on it.

Appreciate the update. I wish this could have been narrowed down sooner, though. 6 days is a long time to be dealing with an email issue.
