If you are a user of easyMAIL, you are likely aware of the slowdowns we’ve been experiencing, starting 11:00am ET on December 1st, 2015.
First, we thought it was a Denial Of Service attack and network related but it turned out that our Network Appliance filesystem exhausted its allocation of I/O buffers.
Our network operations team was able to alleviate the slowdowns by 6:00pm ET and in an emergency maintenance window expanded the capacity at night.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We use easyMail internally so we shared your pain.
