Just a quick note that this morning around 6:00am EST we experienced some hardware issues with the node where mailout.easydns.com resides. Once the root of the problem was discovered our Operations team were able to correct the issue. However from 6am- 7am EST mailout.easydns.com was inaccessible and thus trying to send mail would have timed out.

It appears that my user name is recognized as an active.
Not sure if there is still a problem on your end still? I have tried different users and still the same problem. I don’t think it has anything to do with the account payment as I just signed up about a month ago for your the service.
