UPDATE #3 (April 20the 11:38am): The web forwarding cutover did not take for domainPlus domains – we missed a step in the cutover process. So:
- all other service levels migrated fine
- if your domainPlus domain was “left behind” you can login to the control panel, rehash your DNS settings and it’ll work this time
- we’re about to rerun a batch cutover for all the domainPlus domains
Sorry about that – entirely my fault – I was helping out the ops crew and I forgot to update one key config in the process (- mark)
UPDATE #2: The cutover has successfully completed and all affected URL forwards are operational again. If you continue to experience issues with your Stealth or URL Forwarding services, please contact our support team.
Thank you for your patience.
UPDATE: We have tested and verified a fix for the URL Forwarding service and we’re in the process of cutting affected domains over. The process should be completed later this evening. We apologize to our affected customers and will have you back online ASAP.
We are currently experiencing an outage that is affecting our URL and stealth forwarding services. Hosts configured to use these services are currently timing out (the rest of the DNS records are fine). Our operations group is aware of the issue and is working to get it solved as quickly as possible.
YOU CAN FIX YOURS NOW: If your web forwarding is still impacted, it’s because we haven’t cut your zone yet. If you login to manage your zone and simply re-commit it (i.e. update your SOA record), it will regenerate the zone with the new web forwarding pool and you should be back in business.
Thank you for your patience.
P.S No other services are affected.
