On Mon February 13th, what appears to be an attack on a number of financial companies (some of them easyDNS client) was launched by unknown sources. We launched our new mitigation and communication procedures immediately upon detection, and maintained regular updates during the course of the attack via our blog and our twitter feed. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during that period. We consider the attack to have run from approximately 15:45 -> 02:00 the next day.
