Customers forwarding to “@videotron.ca” addresses may have experienced delays as “mx.videotron.ca” was not accepting connections from some of our mailservers.
In an effort to reduce the amount of spam and junk email that is being relayed to Videotron mailservers, which is the cause of the current block they have imposed upon us, we have enforced greylisting for all catch-all email addresses that forward emails to a destination Videotron email address. Emails relayed to greylisted catch-all email addresses may be delayed up to 30 minutes, but this will greatly reduce the amount of spam and junk email that is currently being relayed to Videotron, which in turn, is resulting in longer delays.
