Customers forwarding to “@videotron.ca” addresses may have experienced delays as “mx.videotron.ca” was not accepting connections from some of our mailservers.
We have since routed the queued email to another of our mailservers not currently blocked by Videotron, and have pushed it through. We will also be looking into our options with regards to relaying email to Videotron, as this is not the first occurance.
