For the past 24 hours, we have been experiencing an issue with relaying email to the mailservers maintained by Magma Communications Ltd. This has resulted in email destined for “@magma.ca” email addresses, and any other domains that use Magma Communications mailservers, not being fully delivered.
Thankfully, they are providing us with 4xx series errors, which means that email we attempt to relay to Magma mailservers is not being bounced or rejected. However, it is being held by easyDNS mailservers, and will continue to do so for up to five (5) days. Naturally, this delay is affecting the timeframes of email for our customers, and we are attempting to work with Magma Communications to get this issue resolved.
