We are easyDNS, and we have entered into an agreement to acquire the naming business from LowCostDomains, your domain registrar.
Over the next week to few weeks your domains will be imported into the easyDNS control panel platform giving you complete control over managing all aspects of your domain name.
That means you’ll be able to update your DNS settings, modify your nameservers, and even add email forwarding and numerous other functions.
You will also have access to live telephone and email support, 7 days a week, 362 days a year (we close Easter, Christmas and New Years).
What Happens Next:
We hope to move the .CA domainsmover to our platform the week of March 16th or the 23rd. The remainder (.COM/.NET/.ORG/.BIZ/.INFO) should follow in the ensuing weeks.
You will receive a follow-up email from us as your domains are cutover to our system. It will contain relevant links to our online help section, a quickstart explainer video for navigating our dashboard, and contain information on how to get in touch with support.
