We are currently experiencing a mail server cluster slowdown.
We are working to resolve it.
UPDATE: We have possibly identified the slowdown to be network related so rest assured, if you’re expecting an email, it will arrive. We apologize for the delays.
UPDATE: OPS are still working to isolate the problem. More to come.
UPDATE: We have found the issue, it’s an I/O overuse issue in the underlying NetApp after ruling out the network possibility. Working on it.
UPDATE: OPS have alleviated some of the slowdowns but we’re performing an emergency maintenance tonight with an RFO to follow.
