This morning between 9:08am EDT and 11:42am EDT, we experienced a temporary issue where customers would have been unable to add new domains to their accounts for either new registration, transfers from other registrars, or for DNS services. The error displayed would have claimed that the domain was not allowed on our system. We traced this problem back to an issue with a blocklist which was providing improper answers, and have implemented a fix.
We apologise for the inconvenience this caused for our existing users and new customers who wished to add new or more domains to their account yet were refused; it certainly wasn’t intentional! We appreciate your business, and thank you for choosing easyDNS!
