On Sunday night, May 19th, between the hours of 11pm and 1am EST, we will be performing an update to the easyMail service. During this time, customers will not be able to check their email and incoming email will be delayed.
We apologise for the inconvenience, but this is necessary to allow us to further enhance the easyMail service, and to also provide some highly requested features.

[ Update – 2013-05-20 @ 4:03am EST] The planned maintenance to the easyMail service tonight has been completed, yet customers may have trouble connecting via IMAP and IMAP-SSL. We will be increasing our IMAP resources ASAP, and apologise for the inconvenience.
[ Update – 2013-05-20 @ 11:56am EST] We have increased the amount of IMAP resources available for our easyMail service, and will be adding more resources over the course of the week. Thank you for your patience.
[ Update – 2013-05-21 @ 9:32am EST] We have been monitoring the easyMail service for the last 24 hours, and IMAP/POP3 connectivity appears to be performing well. If you experience any issues, please contact our Support Department. Thank you!
