For the past hour we have been having problems with the Tokyo based node in our ns1/dns1 anycast cluster. Given the recent disaster in Japan we are not sure how long this will take resolve. We have escalated the issue to our provider so we can work with them to resolve the issue.
In the mean time queries directed to the Tokyo node may fail , we are working to remove this machine from our BGP announcement and we will post an update as soon as possible.
