1. Web hosting, cpanel, plesk, FTP, ssh, command line tools
2. Content management system understanding (Wordpress experience)
3. DNS knowledge
4. Customer service experience
5. Email client / setup
6. Detail oriented
7. Good team player
8. Good phone manner
9. Able to write technical replies to clients
10. Domain registration understanding

Bonus Points For

1. Light system admin background
2. Familiar with Linux
3. Shell, python, PHP scripting
4. HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge
