The “Waring letter” was a RTF file I scanned about a hundred times before I opened it because I was positive this wasn’t a real takedown request but rather a poorly executed malware delivery attempt initiated by an illiterate prankster. It doesn’t seem to be.

The file attached seems to be a letter from the FDA delivered to a completely different business on a completely different domain name about a completely different matter entirely.

So, in a word: no. Given our [Takedown Policy](https://www.easydns.com/blog/2012/02/21/the-official-easydns-domain-takedown-policy/), we respectfully decline to do anything about the website in question on the basis of this request. *(The scary thing is that we know a registrar or two who might have actually taken the domain down based on this.)*
